Welcome to BrainDash, a free trivia and brain-games app (trivia, chess, lightning math, critical thinking, party mode, and local leaderboards). By using BrainDash you agree to these terms. BrainDash is free, with no payments or purchases of any kind.

1. The Service

BrainDash is provided free of charge, "as is," for entertainment. You can play without an account. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

• Don't cheat, automate, exploit, or otherwise interfere with fair play or other players.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Keep any display name you choose appropriate — no offensive, impersonating, or unlawful names.

3. User-Created Quizzes

If you create or share a quiz, you're responsible for its content and confirm you have the right to share it. Don't post offensive, infringing, or unlawful content. We may remove user content and provide a report option; reported content may be hidden automatically.

4. Free to Play

BrainDash is completely free to play. There are no in-app purchases and no payments of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

BrainDash and its content (excluding user-created quizzes) are owned by us. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the app. User-created quiz content remains the creator's, who grants us a license to host and display it within the app.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of BrainDash.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
